Crafted is a registered company that works as a coordinated collective, not a freelancer marketplace or a staffing service. You work with Crafted. The team contributes the work, and Crafted coordinates the project so you have one relationship and one delivery.

Yes. We build full ecommerce solutions including product management, cart, checkout, M Pesa and card payment integration, and an admin dashboard. We do not use Shopify or WooCommerce unless specifically requested, as we build bespoke systems tailored to your business.
Yes. We specialise in Safaricom Daraja API integrations, including STK Push, C2B, B2C, and transaction confirmations. We can integrate into your existing website, Android app, or ERP with full testing and launch support.
We can handle basic branding assets as part of a full project (logo, colour palette, typography). For full brand identity design, we partner with trusted designers and can manage that on your behalf.

Yes. You receive progress updates at every milestone. We share live previews and staging links so you can review and give feedback before anything goes live. You are never kept in the dark.
To kick off, we typically need: a brief description of what you want, any existing branding or logo files, your target audience, examples of systems you like, and the timeline you have in mind. A discovery call takes care of the rest.

Yes. We require a 50% deposit before development begins. The remaining 50% is paid upon delivery and approval of the final product. This protects both parties.
We accept M Pesa (personal and till or paybill), bank transfer, and PayPal for international clients.
Yes. We offer monthly retainer plans for hosting management, security updates, feature additions, and priority support. Plans start from KES 5,000/month depending on the system complexity.
We work across a full modern stack:
We deploy on industry-standard infrastructure including VPS servers (DigitalOcean, Hetzner), Vercel, and Render for frontend apps, and Firebase / Supabase for serverless backends. We recommend and configure whatever fits the project budget and scale.
Yes. Once the final payment is received, full ownership of the source code transfers to you. We also provide a private GitHub repository if requested, along with documentation and deployment instructions.
Yes. Every project includes a handover session where we walk you or your team through how to use and manage the system. We also provide written documentation and recorded walkthroughs when needed.
We provide a 30-day post-launch warranty. Any bugs that arise from our development are fixed at no extra cost within that window. After 30 days, bug fixes are handled under a maintenance plan or billed individually depending on complexity.
